Gregory Cody - Commercial & Residential Construction Services and Infrastructure Distribution/PMP

Gregory Cody is the President/CEO of GCC Enterprises Inc. Construction Management firm founded in 2002 with the Headquarters in Dallas TX. Mr. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (Electronics) from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master of Science in Management from Troy University. He is a native of Reidsville, NC.  Gregory served as a Special Operations Navigator and proudly served in the United States Air Force for 10 years.

GCC Enterprises Inc provides Construction and Construction Management services for commercial and governmental agencies with projects that range from $50,000 to over $42,000,000.  Some of our customers are the AT&T, Parkland Healthcare, University of Texas Southwestern, US Army Corp of Engineers, Department of Veterans Affairs, Methodist Healthcare Systems, DFW Airport and University of North Texas Systems.  

Gregory has been awarded the SBA’s Minority Small Businessperson of the Year.  In 2012/2018 GCC Enterprises Inc received the MBE Construction Supplier of the Year, awarded by the DFWMSDC and in 2013 Gregory Cody was named among the Dallas Business Journal’s Minority Business Leaders; he is a graduate of the National Center for Veteran Institute for Procurement, Northwestern University Kellogg NMSDC Advanced Management Education Program, and the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Program.

Gregory serves on the Board of Directors at Dallas Ft. Worth Minority Business Development Council, Board Member of the Regional Black Contractors Association.  

Former Board member of Dallas National Black MBA Association Executive Board, TEXO, Denton County Advocacy Center, Chairman of Dallas National Association of Minority Contractors (Chairman), Board of Directors for Denton County Community Partners, and National Association of Minority Contractors (Chairman).    

He and his wife, Carol (Co-Founder)  have 5 adult children and 7 wonderful Grandchildren: they reside in Highland Village, TX.
